Picote Original Chains are a good all-around cleaning option and are often referred to as the starter chain because they are adjustable. This allows you to make minor adjustments to the chain size to compensate for reduced pipe interior for initial cleaning of blocked pipes and then readjust them to their optimal diameter. The Smart Spider is highly efficient tool for cleaning damaged pipes with missing bottoms or holes where typical chains or other descaling methods may be too aggressive, get stuck in the missing sections or holes, or can come out from the pipe.
Drain cleaning professionals often run into situations where typical chain tools or abrasive cleaning methods can do more harm than good. The Smart Spider provides a safe yet highly effective cleaning solution.
Also good for Fats, Oils & Grease (FOGs) and as a carrier for a CCTV Camera Head over damaged/missing sections to assist in the inspection of the full length of the pipe.
Versatile tool for tough cleaning scenarios including tuberculation, roots, calcite, and mineral/uranic scale in cast iron, concrete, clay, and PVC pipes.
The ability to attach a front drill head further broadens the capabilities and makes it a formidable tool for clearing blockages. The legs are designed to remove the remainder of the blockage.
The self-centralizing design adapts to the pipe size and allows the tool to pass through 90° bends, diameter transitions, and P-traps. It can also be used in damaged pipes where the bottom is missing provided the missing section is no larger in size than the Sweeper body.
Picote offers both nylon bristle and wire bristle cleaning brush options. Both are good for cleaning in plastic and fragile host pipes.
The nylon cleaning brushes are extremely gentle on the host pipe but are excellent at cleaning soft blockages due to the unique high-speed capability of Picote Millers. They are available for 1¼-12” | DN32-300 pipes.
Wire cleaning brushes are available for 2-12” | DN50-300 pipes, and are designed for removing fine dust or light mineral deposits.
