Max FlexLiner™

Max FlexLiner^™ is a non-woven, needle-punched polyester fiber felt with a PVC coating. Tube forming and seam bonding are achieved through a specially designed stitched skived seam and extruded taped joint and/or an overlocking chain stitched sewn process — creating a superior, high-performance impermeable liner designed for sweeping bends and very minimal stretch.

Closed-End ideal for straight piping applications with minimal stretch.
May be used on sweeping bends up to 45° with slight wrinkling.
Manufactured transitional liners and custom sizes are available.

Max Flex 4D™

Max FLEX 4D^™ is a non-woven, needle punched PE felt liner with a unique elastic and
impermeable PU coating. This specially designed stitched skived seam and extruded taped joint, make it capable of transitioning up to four diameters (4D) while maintaining finished thickness and negotiating bends up to 90°.

Max SuperFlex™

Max SuperFlex^™ is a non-woven, needle punched PE felt liner, uniquely bonded to an impermeable PU coating. Tube forming and seam bonding are achieved through a specially designed overlocking chain stitched sewn process and extruded taped seam. This highly flexible liner is capable of navigating multiple bends up to 90° and single-diameter transitions.

MaxClear™

MaxClear^™ is a uniquely manufactured synthetic fiber felt CIPP liner with a TPU coating specifically designed to maximize LED light-cure capabilities. Tube forming and seam bonding are achieved by an overlocking chain stitched seam with an extruded taped joint – creating a superior, high-performance, impermeable liner designed for sweeping bends up to 45° and very minimal stretch. Manufactured in accordance with ISO9001:2015.
